Calendar

The Calendar gives you a unified view of upcoming deadlines, case step due dates, follow up dates, and other time-sensitive events across your organization.

Navigate to Calendar in the left sidebar.


1. What Appears on the Calendar

The calendar surfaces:

  • Case step due dates — steps from cases that have a due date assigned
  • Overall case due dates — the top-level deadline for a case
  • Follow up dates — scheduled follow up reminders
  • Recurring step dates — automatically generated due dates from recurring workflow steps

2. Navigating the Calendar

Click Today to jump back to the current date. Use the previous and next arrows to navigate between months, weeks, or days.


3. Filtering the Calendar

You can filter what appears on the calendar:

  • Assigned to — view only your events or a specific team member's
  • Event type — case deadlines, step due dates, follow ups

4. Clicking an Event

Click any event on the calendar to open a quick-detail panel showing:

  • The event title and type
  • The linked case or lead
  • The assigned team member
  • A link to open the full record

5. Tips

  • Check the Week view each Monday to plan team workload.
  • Use the Assigned to filter to review a specific paralegal's or attorney's schedule.
  • Case step due dates are driven by the scheduling config in each workflow — ensure your workflows have proper due date automation to keep the calendar accurate.
